Description
Miyazawa Flute MJ-II Series
The MJ-II series defines the new entry-level range from the Japanese manufacturer Miyazawa. It comes in 3 models to adapt to the needs of each amateur musician.
• MJ-II-20: silver-plated nickel silver flute
• MJ-II-25: silver-plated nickel silver flute, silver headjoint plate and riser
• MJ-II-30: silver-plated nickel silver flute, complete silver headjoint
The MJ-II series has been completely rethought by Miyazawa to offer beginners, amateurs, and advanced flutists the opportunity to enjoy playing with a high-quality transverse flute.
Mr. Miyazawa has established a workshop in China capable of meeting the very high demands imposed by a reputation based on tradition. The entire development process of the MJ-II models took place entirely in the Japanese factory. Mr. Miyazawa personally oversees all production processes in the manufacturing of the MJ-II models. The perfection and quality of Miyazawa are thus found in every instrument.
The solid silver parts and fittings come from the Japanese factory in Komagane. All MJ-II flutes undergo a check at the Tokyo workshop before being exported. They are then checked upon arrival in Europe.
Miyazawa has opted for a resolutely modern flute for its ergonomics, aesthetics, and sound color. The mechanism benefits from a fast action, facilitating articulation and the precision of fingerings. The amateur flutist will easily produce beautiful and rich low notes. The very modern construction of the MJ-II flute ensures a scale accessible to all.
Although the models are also offered with the inline G for enthusiasts of the French system, the MJ-II flutes also exist with the ergonomic mechanism of the offset G. The offset G, widely preferred worldwide, is adapted to the small size of the 4th and 5th fingers of the left hand. The position of the left hand is more relaxed, and dexterity is optimized. It is easier to do without the ring finger plug. In this system, the mechanical E is standard. It facilitates the accuracy and stability of the high notes. Miyazawa offers both systems at the same price.
Variations of the MJ-II-25R model silver-plated nickel silver flute, silver headjoint plate and riser
